  • This service is ideal if:

  • Every Technical & Production project is tailored, but typically includes:

    • Technical CADs (front and back) for each style

    • Factory-ready tech packs

    • Fit development and detailed fit feedback

    • Sample reviews and development comments

    • Fabric and trim sourcing guidance

    • Construction and finishing recommendations

    To support quality and consistency at factory level, we can also provide:

    • QC Fit Checklists for factory self-check and internal approvals

    • Factory Capability Benchmark Sheets to assess suppliers against approved blocks (fit accuracy, stitch quality, elastic handling and finishing)

    • Master Tech Pack Structures (optional) defining measurements, construction notes and QC checkpoints, creating a consistent technical baseline across teams and factories

    We work closely with your factory (or help guide factory conversations) to ensure designs are clearly understood, correctly executed, and developed to the right standard.

  • Technical & Production Support runs alongside your sampling process and varies depending on collection size and factory timelines.

    This typically includes:

    • An initial technical review call

    • Technical CAD development and tech pack creation or refinement

    • Sample and fit feedback

    • QC guidance where needed

    • Ongoing guidance through fittings and adjustments

    You’ll receive updated tech packs, technical CADs, fit comments and development notes to support your factory through sampling and production.
